The Secret History of Sun County: Future history

The future of Sun County will, one hopes, vary from one Glorantha to another depending on the players' actions. Here are some ideas that may help.

No, let me make that even more clear than it was in Questlines.

These are SUGGESTIONS.

I am not trying to tell you that any of this is now Official Future History. If in your game, Belvani becomes King of Dragon Pass, go for it. Marry Vega to a PC. Or to Argrath. Do whatever you like. But if you're short of your own ideas, these are some you might like to consider. As suggestions. Nothing more.

OK, back to the plot.

In 1624 Corflu and then Pavis fell to nomads. In 1625 the Lunars were also defeated in Sartar. The role of Sun County in the conflict is never mentioned, but since it lies directly in the path of the nomads travelling from Corflu to Pavis, conflict seems inevitable.

My suggestions would be:

Solanthos: Dies heroically leading the Templars into battle against overwhelming odds.
Belvani: Dies unheroically, found in bed with a Lunar lady and slaughtered, unarmed. (Was he trying to marry Yelmalio to the Red Goddess? Or just having a good time? We may never know.)
Invictus: Survives the fighting and becomes the new Count.
Vega: In 1625, appointed ambassador to the newly independant kingdom of Sartar. (I think we can assume that Invictus knows about her links by now. However, any male Light Son sent to keep an eye on her may get quite a shock at her reception in Boldhome).
