For what it's worth, I think we should try to learn more about the Ducks
and their neighbours, and their relationship with their surrounds (eg the
ruins of Feroda) before we tell anyone anything. I doubt the Lunars
are coming out this way anytime soon (as they think we are scouting this
area
for them), so we should have some time to play with. We've already
been back once...
Of course the fact that we come back with a whole bunch of trade goods this time may be an issue...
I wonder if perhaps I could try to communicate spiritually with one
of their shamans (scary though that sounds to me!)? Dave do I know if
language/cultural/magical norms would present an insurmountable obstacle
to such an attempt?
