Corflu is, to Pavic eyes, a dump. There is one (yes, ONE) inn, which is a dive. Nonetheless, being cold, tired, and hungry, we went there for food and booked rooms for the night. Here we were accosted by a Bison Rider who was looking for work, and we suggested that he should come with us. (Since the land group have not shown, we are a little short on fighters).
After getting cleaned up and changed, we went round to the Trade Alliance House and chatted to the scholar in charge of the investigation. We have chosen East out of the directions not so far taken (going by hints from our book), and have confirmed that the land group have not shown up. Tomorrow we will be supplied with a map. Some discussion occured as to whether the reward being offered was per person or per group, but sadly this was not resolved in our favour.
The Issaries shrine here is just a shrine, with no resident priest. Varjeela finds this most unsettling in a trade town, but quite likes the thought of being the senior Issaries rep. in a market. Tomorrow being Godsday, she intends to offer to hold a service for the small traders here and perhaps use her Create Market spell for them.
Having had a long day, we turn in for an early night.
