GM-provided travelogue: The entire delta region is essentially flat. There are occasionally some outcroppings here and there of rock - sort of like small plateaus. The ground is at best damp and ususally tending to soggy. Two metre tall swamp grass covers most of the islands. Occasionally, usually in the centre of the islands, there are small copses of willow and other such wetland trees. You will all note the presence of a great many birds and a cacaphony of sounds produced by them.
The session ends at mid-day with the establishment of a temporary camp on the further side of the island. We stop for lunch while figuring how to ferry people to the next island.
