And once I'd got the formula, I wrote this: a server-generated HTML page that shows you the numbers, with hints about when it's cheaper to buy a ring or amulet instead. Here's a second version that also shows the total amount it costs to get to each level starting from zero.

Should you be a berseker like Ragna, you might like to know what items become available to you when. Here's a table up to level 30.

Fiction

I've been finding out more about my Server 1 character, Ragna - she's been chatting to people, not just pressing buttons to score points. Now I know why she's a berserker. Here's a story fragment about a tavern mission, a defence report, a couple of courier messages and an altar visit. Nothing explicitly gory, it's OK, but some of the implications are fairly horrific. You cut&paste part of the High-score into a spreadsheet - then what? Here's an example fo what I do, with notes on the front page. If you know a little about Excel, this may be of use. Save as, and play with your own copy. This sample is for Server 4 on 1st June 2007.
